Airport Pick Up Procedures:

We always dispatch our drivers in advance of your arrival. Therefore, if you change your arrival information, please inform us prior to departure from your city of origin.

We track planes arrival time and will have a driver waiting for your scheduled arrival.

When you land, pick up your enite luggage then CALL DISPATCH at    773.906.5096. We will tell you the plate number of the limousine assigned to you. If you cannot locate our chauffeur within 15 minutes please call dispatch.

Driver is waiting at the staging area located close to the terminal awaiting your call to the office. Upon receiving the call he will proceed to your location - depending on traffic into the terminal, it usually takes about 5-15 minutes. If you don't see the vehicle in that time span, please call the office again. If you are familiar with the city of Chicago, traveling even the block or two can take 15-20 minutes in extreme conditions.

You will meet our chaufeur at curbside on the baggage claim level under the sign of the appropriate airlane.

Please collect your entire luggage, if you have carry-ons, please follow the baggage claim signs anyway to be at lower level at the airport.

Go outside your Terminal and locate a door number or a vestibule number we can pick you up from. Door numbers are located above all exit doors.

At O'Hare airport, we will be able to pick you up at the following vestibules:

Terminal 1 - door 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F (middle lane),

Terminal 2 - door 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F (middle lane),

Terminal 3 - door 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E (middle lane),

Terminal 5 - door 5D, 5E (first lane).

At Midway airport, we will be able to pick you up at door number 2
